I found this in my daughters room and I really need to know what it is. Can you help? ## Can you double check the imprint and see if it's a 75, or if it's 7.5? And what's the shade of yellow, is it very pale, so it's almost white or is it a very obvious yellow? Its a big oblong off white with yellowish specks. it has no markings on it at all. i found it and i havent seen one like it before. ## Hello, Based on my research, there is a chance that the pill could be Doryx (Doxycycline Hyclate) 75 mg; which is a white oblong pill with light yellow specks and the imprint D 75. However, there is no way to know for sure- since there is no imprint on your pill. If you run a google search and type in "Doryx (Doxycycline Hyclate) 75 mg" you should be able to find an image of the pill.
