I have been taking isorb mono 30mg for approx 8 days. The biggest side effect is headaches. My Dr. put me on 30mg of isosorb mono er after a heart cath for angina. I developed a headache every day and my angina got worse each day. By the third day the angina was worse than before the cath. I extended the hours between doses til I went off completely and went back to taking l-argine from pantisin. My wife has been taking "isosorb mono er 30mg tab wes" for a couple years. The pharmacy changed the tab to "Isosorb Mono Er 30mg Tab tor". The tablets have a different appearance.
