I want to know if the pill V 3604 is Vicetin and I want to know if it is Vicodin or not it was compared to it ## Hello, Joe! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Vicodin. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

yes, I can't find a list of Vicodin that shows number on pill and strength. don't need photos, just numbers & strength for all Vicodin. 5 to 10's. ## Hi greg, Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't brand name Vicodin's no longer being made? I was under the impression that it was replaced by Norco. At any rate, here are some of the imprints and dosages I came across online while searching for Norco (including generics): WATSON 913: 5/325 M365: 5/325 V 3604: 5/325 NORCO 729: 7.5/325 NORCO 539: 10/325 M367: 10/325 IP 110: 10/325 There may be a few others that I missed as well, since it's not very clear which ones are still on the market and which have been discontinued. On top of that I also realize they stopped making tablets with more than 325mgs of AP...

Qualist manufacturer has a pill that states it to be a 5/325 the reads reads v 3604. To my knowledge I thought anything with the # 325 in it is usually a norco ## Hello, Reb! How are you? The V doesn't stand for what the tablet contains, that is just the manufacturers logo, so having a V on it does not make it Vicodin. The V stands for Vintage Pharmaceuticals, they were purchased by Qualitest several years ago and there are many pills with the V logo that don't contain narcotics of any type. Additionally, Norco is just a name brand for a certain combination of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone….while it was originally ones that just contained 325mgs of Acetaminophen, with several doses of the Hydrocodone, since it is available as a generic now, they are pretty much all just us...

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain. Learn More: Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone I hope this helps! ## found this image and thought it was 3504 but looked closer to discover 3604

I called my pharmicist and he looked and did all searches and cant identify it being a prescription med or a over the counter med. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I CONFRONT MY SON. THANKS. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.... ## Hi Tim, Sorry to hear about your situation. I too have done multiple searches on this and have yet to locate anything besides solid white oblong pills with the same exact imprint you described (identified as Acetaminophen 500mgs). The only white oblong pill with red specks that I know of is generic 5/325 Vicodin with "3604" on one side and "V" on the other. Any legitimate FDA approved pill sho...
