I would like to know if norco 10 325 and tylenol 4 the same as far as pain relief ## They are roughly equivalent. I have been reading some information, and I am wondering if Tylenol 3 is the same as Hydrocodone? ## Based on my research, Tylenol 3 is composed of two analgesic or pain-relieving drugs: Acetaminophen + Codeine. But "NOT" Hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is alot like codeine, except that codeine is said to be a natural derivative of opium plants whilst hydrocodone is synthetic. You might be thinking of norco or lortab, which contain a similar combination of acetaminophen + hydrocodone. I can take Oxycodone 10 mg/325 tylenol and feel fine, but the 5mg/325 make me sooo naseous. I have a BAD headache, I take Janumet daily and I need to know if I can take Tylenol at the same time with the Janumet. ## I didn't find any problems, or interactions listed, but it is always best to double check to be sure. I have a infected wisdom tooth so my doctor prescribed me these on top ofpeniciilin. All the tylonel is doing is maken me feel sick all the time. I dealt with the same thing once and the doctor had to switch me to Vicodin, as it contains a different narcotic ingredient. I am currently on what my doctor calls a "pain management" plan since nothing else has worked. I take Vicodin 7.5/325 which right now is to be my at-home-pain-reliever. I was prescribed tramadol 50mg previously to take during the day and it was awesome! No pain, alert and able to work. But good feelings faded and became nothing. Now my doc had me on the same Vicodin. And I take Tramadol 50mg. (1-2 every six hours as needed, max 6 per day - Same as Vicodin) and Tylenol 3 (300/30mg) 1-2 twice daily. I already don't feel anything with this tramadol t3 combo. What is a good substitute I can take during the day? Last year I suffered a major toxicity to Tylenol and cannot take that drug. Last week I was prescribed augmentin 825. 16 hours post op. Wondering if I can safely take dilaudid and Tylenol 3's. Not at the same time but every 3 hours or so as both are prescribed every 4-6 hours.
