recently my perscription has been changed from yellow norcos 325/10 to white norcos 325/10 but people have been telling me the effects are different could someone please explain the difference ## Are they the same pill, with the same marking? I have both M360 and Watson 853 pills. I'm not exactly sure if the are the same of if one is stronger. ## The tablet marked M360 contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 750mgs of Acetaminophen and the tablet marked Watson 853 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. These are both different strengths of the active ingredients in Vicodin, or Lortab, which are narcotic pain relievers. Side effects may include: nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth. Why do they affect me differently? I can function OK and complete my work outs with M367, but the yellow Watson 853 renders me useless - they just put me to sleep. Aren't they the same ingredients?
