I picked up this medication for my daughter but the print out paper didn't list side effects or anything. My doctor gave me these and told me he could prescribe them because they had such a low dose of hydracodone in them that, being a non-narcotic doctor, Id bot have to drive to pick up a script paper. What is the difference between Percodan 325/4.88 and Percocet 325/5? Besides the Aspirin/Tylenol. Is the effectiveness about the same or can a person who has taken Percocet and now has been switched to Percodan see about the same results? Anyone have a opinion they would please share. My mom went to the emergency room and we think they gave her Dilaudid instead of tylenol for pain which was not in anyway severe or the reason she was there. I was positive for methadone on a drug test. I did not take it though. I had a severe flu and I took nyquil tabs, dayquil also q-pap (kids Tylenol) and suboxone. But the test said methadone, which I can't even take because of a bad reaction I had years ago when they tried to prescribe it for pain. I gave it back the next day to my doctor.
