The MCK or Mallinkrdt denotes the manufacturer as being Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and the KVK is for KVK Tech. Running out of the 5mg oxycodone the Dr. prescribed me 15mg every 3 hours. Now I do have 10/325mg percocet for my damaged back and the 15mg oxycodone was for my urinary tract relocation surgery which I had less than a week ago. Taking 5/325 hydrocodone & ancetamin for fractures in leg & arm. Even though this is small dose I am experiencing itchy face & some shallow breaths or longer time between breaths.
