My mum has been on Mirtazapine one week for anxiety and to all her family looks la lot worse and has very dark thoughts. She can also hardly see due to blurred vision and not being able to deal with bright light. The GP says vision is due to tablets but not if it will improve. Anyone else experienced this?

If you think you have an ear infection and want to take antibiotics for it that were leftover from treating something else, no you should not do so. The presence of an infection needs to be confirmed by your doctor and then the proper antibiotic prescribed in the proper amount. If you don't have enough to completely eradicate an infection it creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is the purpose of this drug? ## I have been given this so called clofen 10 and with the problems I've got I should never have been put on them. I suffer with these problems and I get prescribed this crap to make me feel even worse... WELL WE HAVE SOME REAL GOOD DR'S (BULLS***). ## From what I can find, this medication is listed as containing Baclofen, which is a muscle relaxant that is used to treat sprains, sprains, and spasms. I am on day 4 without Pristiq in my system. I was on 100mg for 5 years then dropped to 50mg for a few months. I tried taking a pill every other day but on my off day I was having awful withdrawal symptoms so decided to just stop taking it and get this over with. The withdrawal symptoms are driving me crazy, brain zaps, hot/cold flashes, headaches, vertigo, anxiety. My doctor said I can wait it out until Thursday and see if it gets better otherwise it's to a different drug that can be weaned off more easily. Does anyone have any success stories for weaning off pristiq and surviving the symptoms? Four months ago, I was found to have pulmonary embolisms in all segmental and subsegmental lobes of my right lung and my upper left lung. There was no known cause; all ultrasounds were negative as was all blood work associated with PE. My EKG was normal. My blood pressure is 120/70. I have been taking Eliquis since. I have been informed that this medication stops cravings for alcohol and other drugs. it has been around for a while but now the dr's are prescribng not just for drugs and withdrawel but I understand it as some benefits for helping with pain. My daughter was given 'spasmo-urolong' antibiotics in Costa Rica for a UTI. The two ingredients are Nitrofurantoina 75 mg and Camilofina 50 mg. Wanted to share my experience with coming of this drug with others because I have looked towards others experiences the past few days which have helped me a ton! I started taking Lexpro around the age of 17 never had any real issues besides being tired a lot. I stayed on Lexpro for over 3 years. After complaining about being tired my doctor wanted me to try Pristiq saying it might give me more energy. The switch over between Lexpro and Pristiq was easy I don't recall any struggles. Now I have been taking Pristiq for about 3 years. I have always taken 50mg once a day. If I followed that dosage I was totally fine.
