Is Meclizine A Pain Pill

This was prescribed to take 4 times a day for pain but when I looked it up its for motion sickness etc. Confused!! ## Yeah... mostly an anti-nausea, airsick med. ## Thx Midiman...not sure they are gonna help my pain but will see. I guess it'll help w the nausea cas I'm sick of being in pain. Also since they look like Norcos maybe i can convince myself they are helping!! ## @cg, I actually read somewhere online that Meclizine could be used to potentiate opioids in order to maximize their pain relieving effects. So in that sense it does seem appropriate to say it helps with pain. But if he didn't prescribe you anything else, I would probably question his proposed decision to use an antihistamine for analgesic effects. IWAS GIVEN YELLOW OVAL PILL WITH PAR ON ONESIDE AND 035 ON THE OTHER FOR BACK PAIN?? DOES IT HELP? I THOUGHT IT WAS ONLY FOR MOTOIN SICKNESS??
