Pills marked with an L, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, manufactured by Perrigo, they are commonly sold as the store brands or generics. This one contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen in an extended release formulation and is generally sold to relieve arthritis pain. (NDC 49348-704 / 69842-544). If so, it is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals (formerly Intrapharm) and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is classified by the FDA as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. (NDC 53746-0190).
