Is Darvocet Available In Canada

I have given Darvocet to patients for over 50 years. It is much superior to the codeine addicting medications. I have been unable to find any pain medication as effective as darvocet on medium acute or chronic pain. How can we get this medication back on the market? ## Darvocet and it's related medications will not be returning to market in the U.S. or Canada. On top of the severe issues that caused it to be pulled from the market, it has been replaced with safer and more effective medications. First, it was just as addictive as other narcotic opiates, including codeine and yet was found to be nowhere near as effective as the others that are available. DARVOCET,PAIN RELIVER WHAT DOES THIS PILL LOOK LIKE ## I am sorry, I actually don't remember if there was a Darvocet tablet on the market with this marking. What I wanted to add to this post in order to update the information is that as of this time, Darvocet is no longer available. It contained Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, the latter of which was a mild narcotic that was found to cause cardiac dangers and an inordinate number of overdoses. I found this on the floor in the bedroom and have no idea where it came from, it's a very large pill, pepto bismol pink with two triangles one is upside down on top of the other at left end and then the number 4980 stamped in to it. pink 068 on one side and 93 on other side ## This was not a Methocarbamol tablet. This was actually a generic for Darvocet, which contained 100mgs of Propoxyphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, it was a very mild narcotic pain reliever. However, this is also no longer available in the U.S., Canada and many other countries. It was pulled from the market, because it was found to cause severe risks of cardiac dangers, as well as an inordinate number of overdose fatalities. Are there any other questions or comments? Mine is pink oval and the #'s 1772 w/ a M on it?
