My son had a terrible experience on wyvance. He has phyciatic systems to include halluciations. The doctor took him off the drup cold turkey and Ihe seems to be having withdrawal systems? what can cause a false positive for synthetic spice

PLEASE HELP!!!! I showed positive for K2, Spice whatever its called now, but have been sober since January and never even tried that stuff. I take many prescribed narcotics (xanax, adderol, lyrica ect.) Why am I positive?
