what color do these pills look like? ## There is no 60mg of the instant release Oxycodone, it is only available in 5mgs. There is a time released tablet in 60mgs, called Oxycontin, which would have the marking OC or OP on one side and a 60 on the opposite side. The tablets should be red. This is a potent narcotic, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## there is oxycontin 30mg instant release but that is as high as instant release goes. ## oxycodone does not just come in 5mgs. They also come in 10s 15s, 20s, and 30s. I know cause I've had all of them within the last year. I suffer from chronic pancreatitis. Oxycodone does not come in 60mgs. There is a oxycotin extended release 60mg tablet. It is ...

I have been taking oxycodone the 15mg and 30mg for a while. Then the pharmacy I use and other surrounding pharmacies did not have the medication. So my dr then switched me to the ms contin 60mg er. I took my first dose at 11:30 that morning. After taking that dose I got a euphoria feeling along with sweating and my body started to feel heavy. I was in the bed for the rest of the day. I got a headache as well. So as u can c that medication was not for me. Although I did not feel any pain (besides headache) it caused more problems than it cured. I was also prescribed the 15mg ir morphine sulfate for breakthru pain but that pill wasn't even needed. The 60mg er of the ms contin did not wear off until 12 hrs later. So to me ms contin is a good pain relieving drug as long as u don't h...

i have been on morphine sulfate 60mg er for 3 months. the color of the pills have been pink with abg on one side and 60 on the other....this past rx i noticed that half of the pills are colored dark orange....abg on one side 60 on the other..i just want to make sure that they are the same strength...has anyone had this same thing happen to them...any answer would be very appreciated.. ## I just looked up the imprint ABG 60, and the orange pill is in fact Morphine sulfate CR 60 mg. It is manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals. One possible difference other than the color, could be that the orange pill is noted to be "controlled release (CR)" instead of what you mentioned the pink one to be- "extended release (ER)". I'm not sure however what difference it would make to...

Am I going to be OK? ## I took 210mg of Vyvanse and took 60mg of loratab all in about 12 hours? I thought my heart was going to jump right out of my skin. I do not have adhd but I am on pain killers for a previous back surgery ## I just want to see my reply! ## Hi Stephanie - I'm not seeing that Vyvanse has a drug interaction with Lortab, but don't rule that out as a possibility. I would like to ask if you were taking the Vyvanse as directed in your prescription? If you took 210mg in one day, was it 3 doses of the 70mg? As to the Lortab, how many tablets did you take over the 12 hours and can you tell me what the amount of Hydrocodone was in each tablet? (Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone). Lastly, rapid respiration and cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) are sy...

I have been making call after call trying to find my Opana IR 10mg meds. ENDO Pharm. was no help. They used to at least try to find the meds but as of one hour ago, they would no longer provide that assistance. I take six 10mg tabs a day and I am terrified of the pain intensity I am going to have to face. Not only that, but I'm hearing that going from 60mg a day to zero, could land me in the ER. If I can find the Extended release version in stock somewhere, would I just be able to get more of those until this shortage is resolved? Has anyone been allowed to do that? Seemed not to work as well as the orange generic, could u possibly tell me why the pink cor 135 never worked ## The tablet with the for 135 marking is a 20mg tablet. So, were you taking 3 of them a day? If you were only taking it twice a day, then that could be why it didn't work, you were only taking 40mgs daily with those tablets, rather than 60mgs. Learn more Adderall details here. ## do not use core pharma 'pink' generic. my doctor writes it on my script Teva owns all rights to manufacture adderall and the generic under 'barr' its recently acquired company. shire, the original patent owner sold rights to Teva in favor of retaining rights to Vyvanase. check FDA website Brand (Teva) 20mg Adderal is more consistent, so I take 1/2 at a time IR but still notice a huge...

Can someone tell me if Someone takes 2-30 mg Oxycodone IR and 60mg Oxycontin ER are they same and dispensed the same into your body if you would cut the ER in half? My friend takes both and she is on mail order. They have made a mix up in her pills so now she will run out of the 30 mg tablets her doctor is 2 hours away and she has to have a driver take her there and that would be me and I am sorry I really do not have the time this week to do it. So I was wondering if she is used to these amounts and trust me she has been in chronic pain her entire life since a child what would be the difference. I read everyone saying if you cut the oxycontin in half it releases immediately. That is the same thing the 30 mg oxycodone do, right? ## Hello, Diana! How are you? No, they are not the same. T...

for 3 years my dr. was prescribing me three 60mg morphine sulphate er and four 30mg ms ir daily. when it became impossible to get MS in Florida, he switched me to Fentanyl patch 12MCG/HR every 3 days and 7.5mg-200 hydrocordone , 1 every 8 hours. the pain was unbearable and I felt terrible. cold sweats, shakes, could'nt think straight. when I asked him to increase dosage, he increased the patch to 25 MCG, but said there was more MS in the 7.5-200 hydrocodone than the 30mg tabs of ms. do you agree? Also, how does the patch equate to the Three 60MG MS er I was taking daily? Prior to this Dr.,after I moved 200 miles away,, my orthopedic surgeon was prescribing me Oxycontin, or oxycodone. what is the eqivalent dosage of morphine vs oxycodone? I currently take 40mgs of oxycodone, and would like to change to MS IR, what amount of MS IR is equal to 40mgs of Oxycodone? ## Oxycodone is one and a half times stronger than Morphine, so an equivalent dosage would be 60mgs. However, you do need to make sure you taking the same formulation, since both Oxycodone and Morphine come in regular, instant and time released formulations. Thus, if you're taking the regular release formulation of Oxycodone, then you would need a regular release formulation, in that dosage, of the Morphine. The only 40mg Oxycodone available is the extended release, Oxycontin. Due to the dangers of overdose, from getting too much medication, at once, it is highly unlikely that your doctor is going to give ...

I am taking ER Mscontin 60mg BID and 30mg IR Mscontin BID for chronic pain. Ive been taking this dose for about 6 months, and before that I was taking the 30mg ER. My sister said she heard that sometimes morphine can actually cause more pain instead of just taking away pain. Have you heard this before, and if so where can I find more information on this subject? ## Hi, Jen! How are you? I'm not sure where to point you for the information, since it's really buried deep in the research details and the physician's side effect information that lists all the remotest possible side effects, but yes, in some cases Morphine can worsen someone's pain. It doesn't happen to everyone, but in some cases, it causes joint inflammation that makes things much worse. I actually had it...

I have been on two 60mg Ms contin, with 15 mg morphine ir 4x a day. It's not working as well since my surgery. Now I have changed to two 60mg Ms contin with 10 mg oxycodone 3x a day. Will this combination work better and last longer? ## Have you tried taking the new combination, yet? The only way to discover if it will work better for you is by actually trying it. The FDA warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Just switched over from oxy 30mg instant release 6x daily to oxycontin 60mg with 2 30mg IR for breakthrough. Been on this for a long time. I find that I'm very disappointed with the oxycontin 60 it seems to only last 5 hours at the most and I have many breakthrough pains during that period of time. I've heard of oxymorphone ER and want to know if this would be better for me due to opioid tolerance. If anybody can give me opinions on this please do. Thanks. ## First off, the 30mg that you're taking cannot be instant release tablets, the instant release is only available in a 5mg capsule. If you're taking 30mg tablets, then they have to be the regular release formulation, which is a generic for Roxicodone. Learn more Roxicodone details here. And the Oxycontin just doesn...

Hi, I was just prescribed 60mg of prednisone for 2 weeks and after that tapering off a pill a day. I have never taken this before and am nervous about side effects. Do you think I can get side effects being on it for only 19 days total? (Irritability, sweating, "moon face", etc.) 60mg a day for two weeks is kind of scaring me and I'd like to know what I am getting myself into. I know everyone reacts differentl, I just wasn't sure if side effects are more due to long term use. ## Hello, Nicole! How are you? Generally, with short term use, you'll experience side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, insomnia, nervousness and heart burn, as listed by the FDA. The moon face and other more serious ones usually require long-term use. As you are aware, there are always except...

I just finished changing insurance policies, the agent along with myself noticed what the Pharmacist charged me, and what they charged them was completely different. Now realize that this is supposed to be a discount pharmacy located here In Bradenton. In addition, Mike the Pharmacist is great at all the cons but its all here in black and white.
