From what I could gather, another differentiating factor is that Naproxen's tablet also has "500" imprinted on the other side of IP 190; whereas with Hydrocodone/Apap, IP 109 is the only imprint. What kind of pill is it? Is it a generic hydrocodone or is it a naproxen? ## Hello, Roger! How are you? I believe the marking is IP 190 500. This tablet is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen. The FDA classifies this as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. This pill is not a tablet!! It's a capsule with ip190 on one side and 500 on the other. Is it a naproxen or hydrocodone?? ## I am not finding any listings for a capsule with this marking in any of the databases that I've checked. Can you please double check the marking on it? Where did you find it? Does anyone else recognize this?
