Is this similar to Vicodin or norcos? Does it give you the same feeling/affect? Does it have narcotics in it? Is it considerate a opiate? ## Does it have ip 190 on one side and 500 on the other, white oblong ? If it does it is 500 mg Naproxen. Naproxen is a nonsterodial anti-inflammatory. It is the same medication that is in Aleve over the counter, except the mg is higher in prescription Naproxen. It is not a narcotic or opiate. It does not contain the same medication as Vicodin or Norco.

I just filled my prescription and i recieved a white obling pill with ip204 on it but it did not feel as strong as strong as ones previous prescribed. Are generics weaker? ## There can be some slight differences in the amount of the active ingredient in generic medications. How long have you been taking this one? If it's only been a few days, then you may just need to give your body time to adjust to the amounts that are in this tablet. They work great for me but a short time ago I started to vomit blood, I was also taking asprin . Is there any thing I can do to be able to take I b466 and be safe? ## Have you had yourself checked out to see why you were vomiting blood? That's really the first thing you need to do. Many times when that happens, it's due to either an ulcer, or gastritis and then it may not be a good idea to take Aspirin or this Ibuprofen tablet for awhile, until you can get it cleared up. It was a narcotic analgesic used to treat pain, however, this dosage is no longer available on the U.S. market. Such combination prescription medications are now restricted to containing no more then 325mgs of Acetaminophen per dose. half white pill oblong marked with a number 10 ## Hi Tami, Comparing several images, I have a good guess that it may be a white oblong pill marked with IP 110 on one side and scored on the other. If I'm seeing this correctly, when you split the tablet in half there would be one half with IP 1 and the other half would just have the number 10 on it. It's reported to be identified as a 10/325 generic Norco pill, made by Amneal Pharma. But maybe you could also look up the IP 110 imprint in order to help draw a conclusion on whether this is it or not?
