Bought this crap looks like someone scraped the 500 off the back ## Hello, Jj! How are you? The tablet with the IP 109 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as anarcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. ROUND WHITE ## This tablet contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone, a generic for Percocet, a narcotic pain reliever. Metformin ER 500mg 90 day supply has IP 178 on back from AFB in Little Rock,AR. MetF ER Glucophage 500 mg has 142 on the back of the pill from the same place at a different date. Does the number on the back change? ## The pharmacey you use may just use a couple different companies to get their medications from, I am on meds and from time to time my pills are different but just from different manufacturers same pharmacy. my blood pressure used to be 150/90 or 140/90. The doctor prescribed me Telmisartan BP 40mg & Metoprolol Succinate USP 25 mg about 3 months back. After 2 months BP came down to 120/80 but, now for the last one week I am facing severe gas problem in stomach & chest. On 17/05/2011 evening I had severe pain and consumed fruit salt (ENO), Pantoprazole+ Itopride& also (Colinol) a pain killer for stomach ache. But, they did not prove to be useful at all. Now since 20/05/2011 I am having chest & stomach pain due to gas every day although I am taking "Pantoprazole 40 mg & Domperidone IP 30 mg but, I am not getting any relief from pain. I took 3 ip 110 generic Norco 10/325 pills last Friday. 3 again Saturday. 2 Sunday and 1 Monday. I have a drug test on Friday 5/29/2015 @ 9:00am. I may have to do a drug test that day. Second, you should have a prescription for such a potent drug. Third, it stays in your system for a while depending on abuse or strength.
