This is not xanax, it is just a regular anti depressant which will not take care of your xanax withdrawal. If so, it is manufactured by Akyma Pharmaceuticals (formerly Intrapharm) and they list it as containing 500mgs of Naproxen, which is classified by the FDA as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory.
