IP 190 with a divided line on the back of the pill is hydrocodone 5mg with 500mg acetaminophen. Definitely similar to the naproxen IP 190 with 500 on the other side. ## The tablet with the IP 190 500 marking is 500mgs of Naproxen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The other tablet has the marking of IP 109 and it is a generic for Vicodin that contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
