what does generic vicodin pills look like

Has lp on top 145 below it.told it was vicodin???the other side smoth.the pill is white n round. ## Hi tru, Most Vicodin/Norco pills I've come across are usually white oblong tablets, but this white round pill marked with IP 145 reportedly contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone bitartrate + 200mgs of Ibuprofen. It's NOT Vicodin/Norco, however I think the Ibuprofen may make for a good alternative for those who can't tolerate Acetaminophen, due to potential liver problems. The difference is that Vicodin contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, Vicoprofen contains Ibuprofen and Hydrocodone. This tablet contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen and 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone. This is a narcotic pain reliever. Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, constipation and dizziness.
