WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? ## I think everyone's going to have their own opinion on whether or not a generic Hydrocodone is stronger than a brand name; but based on the stats of each pill listed below, M363 should produce a stronger effect since there is 175 mg more of Acetaminophen.
