How long after I stop taking choline inositol will it take for the medicine to get out of my system and the side effects to go away? ## Hello, John! How are you? The FDA classifies these as supplements, not actual mediations, so the data on that hasn't been studied. How long were you taking it? What types of side effects did you experience? Sometimes, it may cause some facial flushing, nausea, loss of appetite and body odor. Did your doctor tell you to take it?

I stay in Hyderabad,India. I was looking for inositol capsules which would be easily available in my city as a nutritional supplement. I came across the following 3 drugs with high composition of Inositol(>100 mg per tablet)listed on MIMS india page but neither of them was available in the market. ALCRIN / ALCRIN-M / JETOSITOL. Any idea in which medical store any of the above mentioned tablets will be available? If not what would be the best alternative tablet available with reasonable pricings? I also looked out for Cell Forte with IP6 and insoitol tablets but these were not available. ## I'm sorry, but this site does not manufacture, nor sell any products, this is an information only website and since we are based in the U.S. I also have no way of knowing what is available for...

What are the side effects of Niacin NF ## Niacin-NF contains Inositol Nicotinate, it is a supplement that is used as a vasodilator. As such, the side effects for it have not been studied, as has been down for regular prescription medications. Some Niacin products are known to cause flushing, however, this formulation is broken down much slower, so those incidences have been greatly reduced. Since it is also a vasodilator, this could result in your being more sensitive to heat and cold, in your extremities. Are there any other questions?

Dear Friends i am Dr. Harsha(MBBS MD DNB) ... Medical Advisor with Micro Labs. I am working on Nicovas . Nicovas is chemically Inositol Hexa Nicotinate. It releases free nicotinic acid slowly. It is a drug used for raising HDL. HDL is known as good cholesterol and it should be more than 40 in men and more than 50 in women. Nicovas gives advantage over conventional Nicotinic acid since it does not produce flushing... Since flushing is a major problem with Nicotinic acid, Nicovas provides a great advantage of no flush Nicotinic acid.. Right dose of Nicovas is 2 to 3 gram/day.. Trust me none of your patients will have flushing.. We have made two publications on clinical trials done with Nicovas.. Any one intends to know more please email me at [email protected] ## 1. Can the tablet containing only vitamin b6,b9,b12,c,E,all type of supplements,omega3 fatty acids, minerals, proteins, antioxidants, necessary chemicals, inositol, herbs, trimethyl glycerine,selenium,etc.. at cheaper rate ## Hi Raju, I would like to be of assistance, but I'm not quite sure I understand your question clearly. Are you simply looking for a specific multivitamin (with all those ingredients) at a reasonable price? Judging from personal experience with supplements, I don't think you will be able to find a pill that contains all of those ingredients; but possibly a packet containing at least 3 or more different pills. Some good brand names I know of that contain a good majority of what you mentioned include: Visalus Vipak, Universal Nutrition's Animal Pak, and Beverly Inter...

Where could I find metichol tablets? I need a prescription. ## Hi Ana, I'm not seeing very much definitive information on what Metichol actually is, but other reports here suggest that this supplement contains a combination of Choline (vitamin B4) + Inositol (vitamin B8). To my knowledge Choline and Inositol don't require a prescription, especially since you can easily find vitamins over the counter or online. I wish I could say for certain that these are truly the contents of Metichol... If anyone could help verify the content above that would be great. It just seems a little strange that Metichol related info is so scarce. Makes me wonder if it's made outside of the US... ## Where can I buy metichol? I would like to find a place in Negar, México.
