Inject Subutex

I have read on several different forums that you can get "very high" injecting Subutex. First, whoever is posting this bogus info is going to get some poor fool killed trying. Speaking from an expert position- You do NOT get high. Subutex has a ceiling, you will kill yourself before you ever get high. Taking too much will stop your breathing and you will die! Subutex is a very powerful drug and its easy to OD on. It only partially blocks your receptors. Whereas an agonist causes an action, an antagonist blocks the action of the agonist and an ... a given receptor, but have only partial efficacy at the receptor relative to a full agonist. So, you can't get high. I get so angry when I see people posting BS like that because people kill themselves trying. I have seen two men st...

So my friend gave me two circle white pills with 54 411 on one side and nothing on the other. I have searched the pill and realized that it is a 8MG Subutex. I was told it can be Injected.. Is this true? ## Careful cause ull never wana do them any other way after that so i advise dont start. 2 yrs later i still cant stop ## Boy I wish it had made me feel that way! Was there some special way you had to work it up? I battle with my addiction everyday and maybe I'm just expecting that same feeling you get from ron. At least I'm doing this than that. ## It is not recommended. ## I have seen people do it. it Is a hassle though. I heard that if you try to cook it it will turn into a paste. Be careful!!!!!! it is a strong medication. If you don't have a tolerance o a drug habit it ...

I just want to say injecting subutex is TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY NOT WORTH IT! it's a waste of time and of your meds. I understand the need for the prick from a needle and I tried injecting subutext after reading numerous websites and forums and many people say they felt euphoric, nothing like a dope rush, but it made them feel better. I didn't feel s***! I started off with a small amount just to see how it felt, if anything, and honestly I was nervous not having known anyone personally who did it. Mind you I've been using heroin for a very long time. But I have an addiction to not just heroin but to the prick of the needle. It's sad and I feel pathetic, but I want to save hopefully at least one person from wasting their time! If you are withdrawing and you are lucky enoug...

Not being able to afford a Dr.-a friend of mine sometimes gives me acouple of her subutex.(like suboxone). They come in a pack where you have to punch out each square..like gum. They are square, and see-through purple. The only markings are a line going down, and a line going across.Like this +, so you have 4 little squares. But today when she gave me some, they looked the same, except there was only ONE line down the middle.I don't know why.Is anyone familiar with this drug-and seen them with just the one line down the middle? I cant find an image of subutex wax squares anywhere on-line so far. Thank you. ## Are you sure they are Subutex? It isn't even listed as being available in this type of formulation in the U.S. It is actually only available as an injection, tablets and film shee...

These new 799 b 8mg subutex, bupenorphine hydrochloride, seem no different than the ones labeled b8 except it says sublingual in the name on the net and maybe the surface may be a little harder. Possibly, I am not comparing side by side, my question is this, can people still iv them?? You can iv almost anything if you really want to but will there be more side effects? ## I have no doubt that people will do it, they always do it with almost any medication on the market. The relevant fact, however, is that it isn't safe to use a medication via injection that isn't intended to be used that way. Many of them, even sublingual tabs, contain fillers and they are not always meant to be broken down by the human body, but are normally just expelled as waste. When someone injects these su...

Has anyone had the Sublocade injection? I'm seriously thinking about switching from the films to the monthly injection. ## I haven't tried it, but do think it would be interesting to read how the shot compares to the films or sublingual tablets with regards to efficacy, bioavailability, duration of effects and so forth. According to the manufacturer, "In a 24-week clinical study, people who received Sublocade plus counseling were more likely to have weeks without opioid use compared with people who received a placebo shot (an inj. with no medication) plus counseling." Source: sublocade.com Also, there are some people who take Subutex (buprenorphine) for pain management instead of opioid cravings even though it's not specifically indicated for such use. I'd like t...

dr didn't call my medicine in for suboxone and ive got three days to go to see the dr. can I take a subutex and pass my drug screen. is there any difference in the two medicines? ## no there the same mate they just changed them as u wasn't ment to be able to inject them but there e the same don't worry ## 1.) When was the last time you actually took a suboxone? 2.) The only difference is a blocker called naloxone. Suboxone stays in your urine about 2-3 days. If you take just Subutex, it'll show positive for Bupe but not Naloxone. The question is.... do they screen for both? I think probably yes! You might be screwed! Part of recovery is sometimes Fuc*ing up. Be honest with ur dr. I've been 100% honest with mine and so far, so good. On the other hand, if you have one ...

If you type subutex into the search spot at the top of this page, you will find more info about it. I work in a small CD unit and we're about to start using suboxone for heroin addiction treatment. Subutex (buprenorphine) is Suboxone w/o naloxone, which was added to buprenorphine to make it useless if dissolved and injected for recreation, thus diminishing its street value. Anyway, don't know much more about it than that, though I do see that Suboxone has been used as an antidepressant in clinical trials at Harvard. The citation is Bodkin, JA et al. (1995): Buprenorphine treatment of refractory depression, Journal of Clinical Pharmocology. 15:49-57. ## I take opiates and need to know about the availability of subutex to stop my drug use. Please help me.

My partner was recently given an injection and three day prescription of Buprenorphine/Subutex for severe pain during an ER visit. She is a veteran and suffers from chronic pain and has been years in pain and has managed to suffer without pain medication. After she received the injection and prescription, she realized how comfortable and nice life can be without having to experience severe chronic pain constantly. The Subutex did relieve her pain a great deal. We did talk to the ER doctor whom prescribed the medication and he did not know of a local doctor that would continue her prescription if Subutex for pain management purposes. I too take Subutex but mine is for addiction although I do also experience chronic pain but my partner doesn't fall into the category of being an addict...

I have this weird red and grey spots on my foot and extreme pain throughout my foot as well from a subutex injection. It was very swollen for the first day or two a different started to get better then then pain just got worse and worse I can barely even walk on it. If anyone has any thoughts or suggestions please comment with any suggestions at all. ## Hello, Mike! How are you doing? I'm sorry about the problem you've had. I'd suggest having it checked out by your doctor. It sounds like you may be having a bad reaction to it, or a blockage may have developed and, if that is the case, then it needs medical attention, before the tissue goes necrotic. The FDA classifies this medication as being an opiate that is most commonly used to treat drug addiction, so it has the potenti...

If i was concerned that my daughter might be shooting this type of pill, what would I be seeing? ## This tablet contains 8mgs of Buprenorphine, which is a very potent narcotic, it is used in both Subutex and Suboxone and this is a sublingual tablet, so there'd really be no need to take it via injection, it's designed to dissolve under the tongue and work fast. Learn more Buprenorphine details here. The effects would be similar to that of other narcotics, drowsy, dizzy, pinpoint eyes and etc. Has she been known to shoot stuff up? ## if so it would be hard to notice physical symptoms since they're probably use to seeing her high all the time on a much more powerful opioid. I was a H addict for 8 years and I'm still on subutex. its been two years now. in the beginning i kne...
