It is also prescribed for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on a regular inhaled bronchodilator who continue to have evidence of bronchospasm and who require a second bronchodilator. my mother gets easily exhausted and breaths heavily when ever she takes few steps and or climb stairs. It has not been a big problem but she finds it difficult to take long walk or climb stairs. Doctor recommended PFT and it came out that she could achieve only 55-60 % breathing. He has recommended Seroflo inhaler 120 mg twice daily. This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. On a side note, there are moderately unsafe interactions found between Adderall XR and alcohol: "Alcohol may potentiate the cardiovascular effects of amphetamines." As listed by the FDA, it does contain a steroid and stopping it may cause some withdrawal effects, if you were using it for a long time, but 6 weeks is an unusual time frame to still be experiencing them. I have been using the Nicatrol Inhaler to quit smoking. I lost the inhaler.
