I have chronic neck and back pain and have been taking Oxycodone for 10 years now. My pain management doctor started me out at 5mgs and then about 4 years ago changed the dose to 10/325. I also have tremendous stomach pain from several stomach surgeries. Could the Percocet @15 mg be easier on my stomach than the 10/325 strength? And how badly are these medications for my liver? I will be on pain meds for the rest of my life and need to know what is the lesser of two evils? I have had the pleasure of eating 15 - 20 Percocet 30 every day for the past month. Well, my luck, and money has run out. I am hurting and don't have anything to fall back on. Last night I got my hands on 20 M362 Percocet ( the big white pills that have 10 mg hydrocodyne + 660mg acetaminophen ) and 20 Adderall COT 135. I also have 4 N8 Saboxine pills. which of the 2 pills is stronger or are they the same the 30mg pills that say TEC or the ones that say N and 325 with a score then 5 mgs on it? ## i know both contain oxydone as the TEC is 30mg but not 30mg of oxycodone and the 325 5 which has 5 mg oxycodone i would like to know the difference between the 2 and which is stronger ? ## Both contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, the active ingredients in Percocet, a narcotic analgesic.
