Daily dose should be spaced, at least, 6 hours apart. Taking more 1,000mgs at once or exceeding 4,000mgs in a day can be toxic and may cause severe organ damage. Are there any other questions?

Concerning the use of Butylscopolamine + Paracetamol, the indications do state that it can be used for various types of gastrointestinal diseases, including intestinal spasms/cramps. However - I have yet to come across any dosing instructions specifically laid out for children. My findings only show adult dosing guidelines.
