Can anyone offer their experiences with taking Norco or its various generics? How long have you taken it? I have just been prescribed this. ## I have taken Norco and the similar drugs like vicodin for many years. It is helpful for treating moderate pain for short periods. If you take opiate based pain meds for long periods of time you can build up a tolerance and you have to take more to get the same results.
