Increase In Suboxone Can I Fill New Prescription

I have been on suboxone at 8-12mg per my doc. I needed more like 16 so I switched drs. Now my new doctor upped my dosage and the pharmacy is saying g I should have 11 day supply left. CNt they fill it early if the dosage was increased? I have caresource. Thanks ## Hello, Jackie! How are you? They would need a new prescription from the doctor showing that the dosage was changed, in order to fill it early for you. They can't just take your word for it. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
