Is this pill anything like xanax? ## Not Really? ## Would 4 mg do anything for me? ## Yeah I got played.Thank you ## Hello I'm asking for a second opinion since I'm feeling sick and at work with out my xanax but I got a round white pill with imprint E 44. Does it have the same affect? ## Hi al, The white round pill you're describing is identified as Tizanidine hydrochloride 4 mg. This medication is in a class of drugs called muscle relaxants. Xanax on the other hand, is a benzodiazepine class drug, marketed for its use in treating anxiety and panic disorder. While it's quite possible for each drug to evoke 'similar feelings' (due to their properties), neither of them should have the same effect since they are different types of medications. I hope this helps!

What's the name and what's it used for? ## Hi Chetniks, Just out of curiosity, what shape is this pill you're describing? So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. [Acetaminophen 500mg] Lastly, I've also come across an oblong white pill imprinted with 44 334. [Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine 65 mg] Do any of these sound like a remote possibility? ## White oblong pill with 4434 on one side and blank on the other. NDC: 0172-4431, now discontinued. [1].

small white round pill with 44 and 397 underneath ## found this pill that needs identified please ## Small round (5/16 inch diameter) light pink pill with number 44397 on it. No score on back side. Needs identification. Was told it is "baby aspirin". I have reason to believe it is not. ## The baby Aspirin listed with this marking is most commonly sold at Rite Aid, and they list it as being pink. It contains 81mgs of Aspirin, which is used by many people for blood thinning, and heart health. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation, and increased risk of bleeding. I do not, however, have any information on a white one. Found a round pink tablet with white specks with the numbers 44 319 on it. Not sure if it's OTC or prescription med. It also smells like candy. What is this. ## I cannot find an exact ID for this, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44, followed by an additional 3 numbers are all OTC products. That also explains why I cannot located it, since they are not regulated and the imprints are not logged like prescription medications. If it smells like candy, then it is probably a chewable tablet, which would suggest that it is possibly a child's dosage. Does anyone else recognize this?
