I found two round white with a bunch of pinkish specks on them. There is no imprint and would like to know what they are. ## We can rule them out as being U.S. approved prescription tablets, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. That means they are most likely over the counter products and that leaves it open to many different possibilities. What is your general location? Some products are regional, so that may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize these? As of yet, the closest matches I'm seeing are by a drug company called "Medicis Pharmaceuticals" (also known as Valeant Pharmaceuticals) who produces a couple different white oblong tablets with "DYN" embedded on one side along with a set of numbers on either half (they are divided by a short score line). It's not a 100% identical to your description, but given these similar details it may just be a good idea to contact the manufacturer directly in order to find out if they make or used to make something that fits your description more closely. On one side is the letter A with a line down the middle, then on the opposite side of the line is 278... On the other side of the tablet is a smiley face like a curved line. The pill is white and oblong in shape. On one side of the pill, there is an imprint of "IP". It's scored in the center, and on the other side, it is imprinted with "111". There is nothing on the opposite side of the pill. I have never received Vicodin that looks like this before. Could it perhaps be something else? ## The generic name for vicodin is hydrocodone. Did you pay less than you normally do for your prescriptions? ## I do not know the cost, I have 100% coverage. Yes, I have taken Vicodin before and yes, I know that Hydrocodone is Vicodin. I found these pills mixed in with some Librium 10 mg capsules I have. The 10 mg capsules are half mint green, half dark green/black with RCDP and 10 imprinted on them. The capsules in question have a light green half and a white half with no imprint. These pills are from the UK. Looking online I found Librium 25 mg capsules matching these unknown ones I have but all those pictures show clear markings, these pills have no imprint at all. ## Hi Nate, Thanks for the thorough information. My guess is that the imprint wore off over time. There really is no way to identify a pill without an imprint, so if they look exactly like a different variety of the Librium, they could very well be just that.
