Has anyone been on the generic Opana ER that is being made by Global/Impax Pharmaceuticals long enough to give an honest opinion as to how much more effective they are then Opana? My pharmacist just ordered the oxymorphone ER's for me today. I haven't gotten any relief from Opana. I take 60mg of the ER's twice a day with 3, 10mg. oxymorphone pills for breakthrough pain. I'm getting more relief from the 10mg generics then I am with the 60mg ER's. Will I be able to just take the 40mg ER's without the added 20mg ER's? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated!! we are low income in need of coupon or other help with RX! ## The manufacturer, Endo Pharmaceuticals does have an assistance program for Opana for low-income patients without insurance. You can reach them for more information on it at 866-824-4747. Can you post back and let us know if you get any help? ## Impax just started senting out their generic Opana ER called oxymorophone. If you have insurance it will ran about $7.00 or what ever you plan is for. I was paying $50.00 and I will get it for $7.00. Its for 7.5 er-40mg ER's. They aren't available everywhere yet. If anyone has already received them where are you located? ## There aren't in Nashville yet but you can download the GoodRx app, it will create a coupon for prescriptions and give prices at local pharmacies.

Found these white oblong pills in my son's room. It had G on one side and 154 on the other and I cannot find any information on that pill. Any help would be great. ## White, oval, g imprint on one side and 154 imprint on other, pill, ## @Kev, From what I could gather, there are at least three different drug manufacturers who use a capital G on one side of their tablets (Greenstone Ltd., Global / Impax Pharmaceuticals & Guardian Drug Company). Each of their G's look slightly different. So if you are able to determine which G matches your pill, we would at least be able to tell who the manufacturer is, and possibly take it from there...
