Imovane Zopiclone

Zopiclone, sold under the brand name Imovane among others, is a nonbenzodiazepine used to treat difficulty sleeping. Zopiclone is molecularly distinct from benzodiazepine drugs and is classed as a cyclopyrrolone. However, zopiclone increases the normal transmission of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the central nervous system, via modulating GABAA receptors similarly to the way benzodiazepine drugs do. My sister has symptoms from some drug she was on. Her hands and feet have very dry, deep cracks in them. She is been treated for high blood pressure and is allergic to sulpha. The drugs have been changed a few times. In January she was taking Olmetec and this is when the symptoms starting showing up in February. The doctor has prescribed Celexa to help calm her stress level in hope of lowering the blood pressure. She takes imovane for sleeping. Olmetec has talc, could these be causing her symptoms on the feet and hands? Or could it be something in shampoos or conditioners? ## If she is taking Olmetec plus (contains water pill), I found out the hard way, the water pill has a sulpha component. ## Hello, Brenalee! How are you and your sister? Contrary to what was already posted, Olmetec do...

other nanes for zipaclone ## Zopiclone has the brand name "Imovane" in Canada, and "Zimovane" in the UK. In the United States, zopiclone is not commercially available, although its active stereoisomer, eszopiclone, is sold under the name "Lunesta". There may be other brands names in other countries that I am not aware of, but hopefully this helps!

sleep aid 7.5 mg ## I can't find anything in english about this drug. any suggestions? ## I can't either. You may want to try asking a pharmacist if they have any information on it. ## Does anyone know where to get this sleep aid. It is the ONLY thing that works for me. I have been buying it in Mexico under the brand name Imovane 7.5mg. ## I also got Zopiclona Genfar in Costa Rica when I realized I forgot my sleep aids. They wouldn't give me Ambien, but gave me this. As soon as I took it I knew it was Lunesta because I had once tried that and got a bad taste in my mouth (although it defintiely works). After much research when I got home (everything was in Spanish), I finally found that is in fact Lunesta (funny that they gave me this without a Rx but not Ambien which is much...

it came in very small strip, tablet is round, white and has Z9 printed on it - I am not sure about this has anyone else seen them like this? ## Ive had them before, they're from india and they seem to have the same effects as Zopiclone. The only thing Ive noticed is that you seem to very quickly develope a tolerance to these Zopicon, the same may be true of imovane or other brands of this drug,i dont know? ## It is very hard to know what you are getting when you order foreign drugs, they are not regulated like those approved for use in the U.S. ## Zopicone is definitely not the same as Imovane, I am actually a bit concerned after using it for a week. It takes me much longer to start the day, get my head clear and I feel very sluggish. It is supposed to be a version of the generic drug...

i have i think some sort of sleeping pill from asia but i want to make sure it is white and oval has dmc stamped on it with 7.5 under it and the other side is blank with a line through the middle ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any information on this, most of our resources are only relevant for U.S. and Canadian medications. Do you have any idea as to the specific country it might be from? Do you have any idea what it is supposed to contain? The 7.5mg makes me suspect that it may be Zopiclone, it's sold in Canada under the brand name Imovane and as Zimovane in the U.K. It's the only one I can think of that comes in that dosage. It's closely related to the American medication Lunesta, which contains Eszopiclone. ## dmc+
