If I Take Oxycodone What Will Test Positive For On A Drug

i take oxycodone hcl 30mg daily and back a few months ago took a drug rest. I stopped taking the med a couple of days prior to the screen. my result was positive stating oxycodone 369 ng/ml was found. This has become an incredibly serious matter. Should this have been a positive drug result because of the level being that low?

Have not taken could not fill script. Have script need to know how many to take? ## ONE pill. Lol. I took 3.5 mg of oxy Tuesday morning. I don't take it regularly. I had a pain management test on Thursday morning. Am I going to test positive? I've done the math for the half life of oxy; 3.5mg\2 until less than .01 then 4.5x9 for the number of half lives and I come up with 40 hours before it's out of my system, but I know most things I've read say 3-4 days. I am on MSIR and a Fentanyl Patch for chronic back pain and multiple orthopedic surgeries. I also take Nuvigil, Zoloft, Enjuvia, Prilosec, and Diovan for hypertension, Once per day I take two over the counter Equate Headache Relief which is Aspirin (NSAID) and caffeine. I have taken Oxycodone 5mg every 4-6 hours for many years for multiple ailments. In the last month I stopped taking them because I wanted to see if I could go without them and try and manage my pain on my own without a narcotic. Unfortunately I have been unsuccessful and now my Dr. has ordered a urine drug screen. She wrote me a new script which I just got filled. I can go any time for the test because I have to go to an outside lab. I take 5 mg oxycodone and have so for years , on occasion I have taken a few 15mg my probation officer is saying with my past two swab tests that I am positive for opiates . I thought oxycodone is an opiate. He said they can test the levels and that i must be overusing or abusing. Is it possible to tell exactly what I took between 5mg and a 15mg. I am a patient at a pain management clinic. I take Hydrocodone daily, and Fentanyl patch. I've been a flawless patient for 7 years and am an older person. I currently take hydrocodone 5mg 4x, albuterol inhaler, ranitadine, vistaril, chantix, mobic, gabapentin and i have a medical marijuana card. I was recently on doxycycline, and nizoral cream. Could i have absorbed any from handling the medication ## No, you shouldn't absorb enough for it to be detectable on a drug test, since the tablets are coated. I tested positive for morphine twice now at 2 diff. pain clinics but I only take norco (hydrocodone/acetaminophen 10/325) and oxycodone 5 mg hcl. The average amount of time it takes for it to be completely out of your system varies on the type of test. For a urine test it can take 8-24hrs; for a saliva test it can take 1-2 days; and up to 90 days for a hair follicle test. My grandson was taken from his parents due to methamphetamine, they did a hair follicle on him and he came back positive for methamphetamine and oxycodone.
