I found small round yellow pill no markings on either side slightly speckled on side if that helps ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter medications and there is also a small possibility that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone have any ideas what this may be? ## I have a bottle of small yellow pills with no markings. I believe they were prescribed in ireland to my mom before she died. She had motor neuron and found it very hard to sleep so I think they are sleeping pills.

I have a very small round yellowish pill with no imprint on either side. What could this pill be? Bencoprim? ## Hello Carla, Without an identifiable imprint on the pill there is no way anyone is going to be able to give you an accurate answer. Though I can't identify the pill I can provide you with some information that may help a little. Only controlled medication in the U.S. needs to have an identifiable imprint so over the counter medication would not need to have one. In addition the FDA does not require supplements, vitamins, candies/mints or dietary pills to have imprints either. Another problem is that companies of these types of products can change the appearance of their tablets/pills as they want to so even if you knew the product it can often be difficult to find the exac...

I found a small yellow pill with no split line. On one side capital C nothing on the other side. Any ideas please? ## Upon further study, this yellow pill with only a capital C on one side might fall under the orange/peach color more than yellow. Thank you in advance for your help. ## With such a vague imprint, I'm inclined to think that is something that's available over the counter and that leaves it open to many possibilities. I've seen some vitamin C tablets that match this description, but I can't be completely certain that's what you have, since there are others that also match this description. Where did you find it? Does anyone else have any ideas?

My daughter found a pill in her book bag and we have no clue where it came from or what it is. I can't look it up because a little piece is missing. It is scored with a M on top. I can see the last two numbers are a 2 and a 8. This concerns me because she is 9 years old and I know she didn't have it, she brought it straight to me when she found it. Thankfully she was at home and this wasn't found at school! I am very careful with my grandmother's medicine and mine and we don't have anything like this but she goes to her Mama and Papa's house everyday after school, that is also where her dad lives so it concerns me!

It is very light yellow and round, with no scoring. The only identifier is (I think) A I, on the same side. It is clearly a capital A. Next to the A is either I, or 1. The pill has "16" on one side and "2" on the other side. The diameter of the pill is 5 millimeters. ## Hello, Carol! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Torrent Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Aripiprazole. The FDA classifies this medication as an atypical antipsychotic that is used to treat various mental health conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, sedation and weight gain. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you so much.
