However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter medications and there is also a small possibility that it could be a foreign medication. I am going through meds to discard since my son passed away I cannot id this one pill as it was not in any pill bottle but wrapped in a plastic baggie. My daughter found a pill in her book bag and we have no clue where it came from or what it is. I can't look it up because a little piece is missing. It is scored with a M on top. I can see the last two numbers are a 2 and a 8. This concerns me because she is 9 years old and I know she didn't have it, she brought it straight to me when she found it.
