My husband was prescribed this Ibuprofen 800mg tablet and the first night he took it he said he felt better after about 45 minutes then within 15 minutes he claimed it felt like his veins were gonna pop out is that a normal side effect. ## Hello, Charlotte! I got some Ibuprofen and it says i7 which is a different number than I've seen before. When I googled "white pill i7" it says that that number and pill color is Naproxen, which I am allergic to. Which pill is it? ## What color is the tablet and where did you get it? A blue oval pill with the I 7 on it is listed as containing 220mgs of Naproxen. The amount in most over the counter tablets, such as Advil or Motrin is 200mg and people can take 2 of them at a time, if needed, for pain. 400 mgm tab 180 ## You can find ibuprofen 400 mg tabs for around $40 dollars for 200 of them. I don't know if it will be the generic or possibly Motrin. But it's best to check at your local Walgreens, CVS, or other drug store. I'm pretty certain even stores like Walmart sell Ibuprofen for cheap.
