I Want To Loose Weight Which Tablet Can Take Without Side Effect

Have been on 150mg for a while, now back on 50mg. This could mean that it causes your weight to fluctuate up or down without any prior warning. I complained to my doctor that although I used to loose weight easily this is no longer the case. She wrote me a script for one month supply of Tenuate, saying that this would assist me. As I am a believer in proper diet (healthy food) and exercise I am frightened to use this script. How safe is it if taken for a month and are there any foods, drink or tablets that cannot be taken during this period?
