It certainly is possible to lose weight in a month with or without a pill. I would think that if your diet and exercise work well together on a regular basis (say 3-5 days a week training + a consistent eating style) you could probably lose up to 4-6lbs a month in pure fat loss. Certainly a lot more weight loss would be water weight, which gets replenished as you rehydrate. Muscle size also plays a factor in weight loss. I don't believe in taking supplements to lose or gain weight, so I can only say that it is not necessary for success. Hope that helps!
