From what I could gather, another differentiating factor is that Naproxen's tablet also has "500" imprinted on the other side of IP 190; whereas with Hydrocodone/Apap, IP 109 is the only imprint. I have a white oblong pill with IP 190 on 1 side and nothing on the other side.As I looked for suggestions It was posted several times as being IP 190/500 Naproxen.I was told this is a 7.5 hydrocodone tablet not Naproxen.It does not have 500 on it at all ## Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? As you know from your searches, the ones available in the U.S. also have the 500 on the tablet. I have checked our various resources and they don't list anything with just the IP 190 marking on it. Hey guys, the IP 109 / 500 is naproxen. But if you have an oblong pill with IP 109 and a line on the back I think it's Vicodin 5mg. Personally I think they look way too much alike. i took 5 ip190/500 pills (naproxen) by mistake will i be ok. Thought they were tylonol. Took 3 then two hours later took two. ## Hello, Stew! How are you feeling? That is over the recommended daily dose and you shouldn't take that much Tylenol, either. It is actually the more dangerous of the two. Have you consulted your doctor? You should do so, as they may want to check for possible liver damage.
