The drug IMURAN has improved the liver numbers, but have left me with very low hemoglobon. Aranesp is being pushed by my doctor, fighting my HMO to approve it. I completed two sessions of injectafer infusion about a month ago. A few days ago out of the blue, my face and throat broke out in a rash which lasted about 3 days. I never develop rashes so this was very unusual and can't be attributed to different soap, lotion, etc. I notice on the handout they gave me at the time of infusion that it's a possible side effect, but wondering if it could occur a month later. I recently had surgery in January and found out I had stage 4 endometriosis. The doctor put me on monthly injections of lupaneta to get me through to my next surgery which will be a full hysterectomy. My question - has anyone else experienced the feeling of your extremities feeling like they're weighed down by bricks. When I have the common flu injection, the next day I start flu synptoms which goes on for weeks.As I am on sintrom and other Rythmonorm tablets, does this have anything to do with this situation?
