DR PRESCRIBED ETOSHINE TABLETS FOR MY SPINAL PAIN. C5 AND C6 ARE BULGED. THIS MEDICINE ONLY PAIN KILLER OR CURE THE DISEASE. PLS ADVISE. I AM VERY CONFUSED AND LOT OF PAINS. ## This is a Cox2 Inhibitor, meaning it basically works a powerful anti-inflammatory and is commonly prescribed for these types of conditions. Most herniated discs clear up by themselves over time, your doctor is trying to get the inflammation to go down, so they will slip back where they belong. ## Complete cure is sometimes could not possible. This depends on your age. In the earlier stage of the problem, this medicine helps to cure along with someother precaustions (like physio theropy, excercises, yoga). where can you purchase it in canada ## Nupercainal ointment is an over-the-counter medicinal cream for treating hemorrhoids. If you can't find it at any of your local pharmacies or health stores I'd suggest trying Amazon or Ebay, as I have seen Nupercainal listed there on several occasions. Both of these companies regularly ship to Canada, so this may be a good last resort option. Hope this helps! ## Thank you I appreciate your response. ## To Nick And Jim Just ordered the ointment and may God bless you both for sharing this information. I look forward to being able to sit in church without pain!! 82 yr. Jean in GA ## I just heard from a rep at Ducere Pharma that Nupercainal will be in Walgreens and Rite Aid and independent pharmacies in August 2013! Yay! ...

methadone ky
I am trying to help my father find a doctor in northern Kentucky, zip code 41016. He has been on methadone for twelve years for drug addiction. He is now trying to get off of the methadone because he can no longer afford the clinic he was going to. He is trying to find a doctor to help him get off methadone. Please, any help in any direction would be greatly appreciated. ## Hello, Lindsay! How are you? I'm sorry, but if he's been taking it for addiction treatment, or maintenance, then a clinic is his only option. Private doctors are not allowed to prescribe it for that, even if he's just wanting to taper off. I'm sorry, I wish I had better news for you, but I don't. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, ... ...

Meprate 10mg
i hv been advised by dr. to take this medicine. I had wall thickniess and fibroids. pls suggest me if it is suitable for me or not. ## Hi, Raina! How are you? Meprate contains the active ingredient Medroxyprogesterone, which is a synthetic form of Progesterone, a hormone that is important to the female reproductive cycle. If you are low in it, it can cause your uterine walls to be too thick and fibroids to develop or grow out of control. Learn more Meprate details here. Thus your doctor is trying to supplement it back to help correct the issues you're suffering from. Is there anything else I can help with? *Please note that this information on Meprate is only relevant to the medication from India. ...

While taking doxycycline will tanning hurt you? ## I dont know, but I'm trying to figure out the side effects of being out in the sun, as in burnt while on this medicine, because I'm getting a long bump bump, like I've been hit in the head, and my skin feels like it is on fire. How can I find out the side effcts of this antibiotic and the sun, because I'm getting a little worried. ## When I rec'd my bottle, it had a sticker on it that says avoid exposure to excessive sunlight. I believe it makes you more sensitive. I did go to the tanning bed on day two of the meds, but it had been several hours since I took my dose and I just stayed half as long as usual. I didn't burn badly, but I did get more than usual in only half the time. ## Yes, Stephanie is correct, it ma... ...

Tarceva hair
Has anyone tried keratin treatment on Tarceva effected hair? I was on Tarceva 18 mos and the hair is so unmanageable ## Hello, Becky! How are you? I'd suggest seeing a beautician, before trying anything. You need to know what the issue is with your hair, if you add Keratin and it already has too much protein, that will just make it even worse. Thus, you really need an expert to let you know if it is lacking in protein, or needs more. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thanks for the reply. She just said sure I could do keratin but I don't know if she thought of it on a cellular level. This is helpful because I see my Dr Monday and will ask him what makes for the kinky , dry texture. ...

Taking 3 a day....
I just started my 2nd pack of sprintec and I have been bleeding for over 10wks. I had an IUD removed prior to starting OCs. After several visits to the Dr they finally found I was bleeding due to the IUD causing me to have no lining on my uterus. The Dr said for me to take 3/day for 4 days then 2/day and so on until I start my period again. Is this normal?! ## Hello, Candy! How are you? I have never heard of them being taken this way, but it would be best to follow your doctor's instructions, since they are specially trained to help with such issues. They may just be trying to boost your hormone levels to stabilize your uterine lining to stop the bleeding. Is there anything else I can help with? ...

Loss of smell
I had been prescribed Lyrica for post herpetic neuropathy following a bout of shingles. Shortly there after I started having imaginary smells and then lost my sense of smell completely. I was informed that I have a condition called anosmia. My doctor recently informed me that there have only been 17 other cases reported relating a connection between Lyrica and loss of smell. Has anyone else had a similar experience? ## It hasn't been mentioned on our site previously, but it is a very, very rare effect that can happen with some medications, including Lyrica. You can learn more about the condition here: It is, sometimes, reversible if the medication causing it is stopped. Has your doctor suggested your trying something else? ## I took Lyrica for about 6 months......significantly relie... ...

Generic Adderall XR 30 mg Appearance Discrepencies
I live with a questionable character who I have caught red handed taking my meds from me. I am prescribed amphetamine salts 30 mg xr, generic for adderall. They are orange and clear capsules filled with orange beads. The time I caught him I found that he had taken the pill apart and ingested the beads, then put the pill back together so I wouldn't know...really sneaky. I am worried that he has been stealing from me again. I got a lock box and have really been trying to monitor and count my meds and I noticed one was missing, which was really suspicious. I think he also has been pulling the pills apart and putting them back together again...I am noticing that there is some irregularity in the pill appearances; namely amount of beads inside (though I have heard there is a margin of er... ...

Otherwise, it won't work and can make u feel worse. As far as time, they usually take about 15 minutes 2 work. If the g don't work, u may need more. unusual side effects very bad memory loss during the day can't remember if i have taken the campral+vit b tabs or things done during the day,but can remember things from 20 years ago any one know why? ## Maybe your memory is not as good as you would like because you drank so much during your lifetime? Hey, I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just skeptical when people try to find reasons for not taking Disulfiram. Trouble with memory can also be the result of anxiety, and nothing makes an alcoholic more anxious than the prospect of not drinking. Phantom side effects is one of them. The only adverse side effect I've experienced with zyprexa is weight gain. I've gained 40 pounds in a year but I'm so stable on it it hardly matters! I love zyprexa! ## I will give you an early warning though, if you ever try to stop using this, because you don't need it anymore, or you are switching to something else, you will have great difficulties with addiction to this, I know many people who have had this problem, even if they were only on it for a very short time. My own husband was on it for just a few weeks, he is diabetic so the weight gain was a real problem and he had to stop taking it, and even in that short time span, trying to get off it was just miserable. Also, since Zyprexa causes hunger, the weight gain will not stop or slow down, that is a constant ef... ...
