looking for identification of white oblong pill with M 473 imprinted on one side and nothing on other ## From my records I believe M 473 is Depakote ER, which is used for the treatment of the manic episodes of bipolar disorder, and increasingly taken long-term for prevention of both manic and depressive phases of bipolar disorder, especially the rapid-cycling variant. My friend gave me a pill & said it was oxycodone 20mg. It's white round & one side has 20 on it & other side has R on top side of pill & P on bottom half. I've never seen a oxycodone this big though normally its a little small pill. My dr has given me, ambian, Sonoma, tamazapam. I need to sleep to function at Work and life. I'm a zombie. ## Hello, Paula! How are you? Have you tried maintaining good sleep hygiene? That would be keeping a schedule, so you're always in bed at the same time and getting up at the same time, even on weekends. No alcohol or caffeine after 5pm. No heavy meals in the evening. Not using your bedroom for anything other than sleeping. Keeping all lights off at night and etc.? Maintaining a schedule is actually what resolved my long-term insomnia issues, when nothing else would.

OVAL YELLOW P515 ## So what is this bc I'm looking at one too and no idea - not in a bottle found in with my Tylenol... My father has a chest infection of an undiagnosed sort. The doctor prescribed a 5-day antibiotic (large white, long tablet) which I cannot recall the name of and need to -- in order to describe to the 'new' doc what my dad has taken for the problem (which has yet to cease). I do know that when I read the pamphlet, "anthrax" was listed, along with sinusitis, bronchitis, etc. for reasons the antibiotic is given. Any chance you can give me an idea of what the antibiotic might be? I'm quite sure it began with the letter "L"... Lexo... or something like that. ## Hello, Lisa! How are you? I am very sorry that you're in pain. Have you had this checked out? It may be a problem that can be correct with treatment, so you are no longer in any pain. There is also a chance that it may worsen and not be treatable, if you just leave it go. My pcp will not prescribe Bleviq which helped so much since stopping it I have gained 20 pounds. My endocrinologist moved out of state and I cannot get a prescription. I am already taking dialysis for almost a year,is it possible to drink ketosteril if i am already in dialysis? ## Have you discussed it with your doctor? Ketosteril is usually given to people who are pre-dialysis, it contains Ketoanalogues and amino acids. I wouldn't suggest trying anything without your doctor's approval.
