I am an adult female who does not have ADHD or ADD. I just wanted to lose 20lbs. My Doctor prescribed IC AMPHETAMINE SALTS 20 MG TABLET 2 times a day. I have no health problems. 1st pill I took made me jittery and a little dizzy. So now I am starting out with half a tablet once a day because I do drink an energy drink that is actually healthy for you and does not make you jittery or crash like most energy drinks do. My question is : Is this safe for me to take for 2 to 3 months? After reading all the side effects, it is scary. I am having a hard time losing weight since I had my son. I had him when I was 42yrs. old and I have never had a weight problem. This extra 20lbs is putting me in a depression but I am afraid of the side effects. I have only taken this pill 3 days.
