started taking Bactrim over a week ago due to an acute kidney infection. Began to experience dizziness a day ago, pain behind the ears started on the left side with a bump and then felt pain on the right side the next morning. Body aches as well. Today I woke up with a rash all over my body that itches and almost has like a burning sensation. Can I take Benadryl with Bactrim to help with the rash? ## Yes, you can experience an allergic reaction that late into a course of it. I had it happen to me 9 and a half days in, I had one dose left, but had to see my doctor and stop taking it. The sad thing is that when i got those bumps, which in my case were swollen glands, I went to the ER and the doctor there did not recognize it as an allergic reaction, so I kept taking it for a few more days...

3weeks ago I had my 4th prolia injection. I am 68 years young. Before this my side effects were mild. This time I've had neck ache on either side of the vertebrae sometimes going to the top of my head. Also ear ache on one side. Delicate skin when I touch the side of the ear and head. Good day. I am Jean. I'm 32 yo. Last month i started taking neurobion as i am experiencing a problem to my nerve especifically to my lower extremeties. But just early this month i noticed my hair especially on top that i have a patches on my head. I have many of the side effects of Sulfameth Trimethoprim. Muscle aches, loss of appetite, dizziness, nausea. After discontinueing its use can I use benadryl to help with the side effects. ## There are no potential interactions listed, between Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim (Bactrim) and the Diphenhydramine in Benadryl, but you should check with your doctor or pharmacist to be certain. I'm am 23 years old and never have I ever been in this much pain before its starts from my middle eardrum spreading a burning sensation around my right jaw and inside my gum line.
