Both sides are scored. ## I can't find a listings for a tablet with these markings in our U.S. prescription drug resources. This means that it is most likely an over the counter product, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found/obtained?

I found this pill on top of one of my cabinets in the house . can you tell me what it might be? ## Could the marking be 5880 V? I actually have these and due to the size and pressing of the imprint, the numbers are difficult to make out on them. However, they contain 25mgs of Spironolactone, which is primarily used as a potassium sparing diuretic and antihypertensive agent.
