I am a 28 years old man suffering from hyperacidity & acid reflux in throat. (last 4 month) so pls. surges me How can I get rid of acidity forever? ## Have you tried taking any medications to rectify the problem? There are many antacids available, according to NIH reports, and they can be very helpful for such an issue. Other problems that are listed by the NIH as possibly contributing include spicy foods, acidic foods, caffeine and alcohol. What does your normal diet consist of? Do you take any medications regularly?

How many tablets should be taken daily for hyper acidity? Is there any side effect of medicine and how long it should be used safely? I have a problem with hyper acidity and constipation. Someone suggested me to take PAN D two times a day before meals. After taking this I have some relief in acidity but not completely. I have started taking encorate 500mg along with oleptal 600mg + gardenal 60mg + frisium 20mg (one each in the morning and night). I have started feeling extremely tired and lethargic as I was also having hyper-acidity and nausea and some bouts of vomiting and tremors on my hands. I have been on Amlace for hypertension and my doctor changed it to Betadrop (a Beta blocker) which was causing swelling in the ankles and ED and to counteract the swelling in ankles he then prescribed Amifru 40 (1/2 tab x 2 a day). This did not reduce swelling much especially when standing or sitting for long periods. My new doctor has just now put me on OLMAX- H 20 mg 1x1 a day and stopped all previous drugs. OLMAX-H helped in passing much urine freely which was not so with the previous drugs. My new doctor says the swelling is more to do with varicose veins and not so much the previous drug.
