Small white round pill, is this Hylands Calm Forte? ## This is Hyland's Calm Forte, it is a homeopathic remedy that is used to help with insomnia, nervousness, and anxiety. The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, dizziness, and drowsiness. I have tried it, before and it did work wonderfully at helping with my insomnia, but you should always check with your doctor. before taking anything new. Has anyone else tried it?

This is an over the counter product that is sold as natural supplement to help with sleep issues. They sell a few different formulations. I would like to know the side effects of this supplement CF HYL. ## Hello, Jennifer! How are you? Did you mean Hyland's Calm Forte? If so, this is a homeopathic product and they are not evaluated for side effects, as is done with actual prescription drugs. I have taken it myself, for insomnia issues and found that it helped for a short period of time and I had no side effects from it, but everyone is different. I'd advise reading the label thoroughly and checking with your doctor to make sure that it is safe for you try it.

I purchased this product from our Walmart. It does say "for leg cramps" on the bottle! However, it should say it's a laxative. I took two around midnight... That's when I had the first one and two later my stomach started bubbling and about an hour later... I was woken up due to leg cramps and the runs. This pill is misleading. Be careful taking it. ## This is a homeopathic remedy that is claimed to help with leg cramps, but of course, such claims have not been proven. As to the diarrhea, yes that is possible, as well as the indigestion, and flatulence. And there is never anyway to know how any given product will affect anyone that takes it. Thanks. ## Hi Maria, I looked up the NDC you provided for "Hylafem Boricum Acidum 2x" on MedsChat's National Drug Code database (52747-250) and it comes up with the active ingredient being "Boric Acid" at a dosage strength of "2 [hp_X]/1" - Perhaps a chemist at a compounding pharmacy would be able to work with that information (given that you have a prescription)? Found 2 unidentifiable pills in guest rm. after 2 European students visited. One pill is small, round, green, with CF on one side, & HYL imprinted on the other side. The 2nd pill is a large, white, oval with 44-527 scored on one side, the other side is unremarkable due to moisture. ## The white oval is basicly asprin/acetaminophen and the green one with HYL sounds like a cold/flu over the counter med. ## The tablet with the HYL and CF marking is an over the counter herbal product manufactured by Hyland that's called Calm's Forte, it is used to help with sleep issues. The tablet with the 44 527 marking is also an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine, it is used to help relieve cold symptoms.
