Which side of this generic Lortab 5mg pill has hydrocodone and which has the tylenol? I have heard that the m357 pills are hydrocodone on one side and of course tylenol on the other. I found half of a broken caplet ending in what looks like a 5 and a 7. But the 7 seems to be immediately followed by an imprint that resembles leaf imprints. Don't know if these imprints are just scratches or actual markings. A white oblong pill marked M357 actually contains 5mg of Hydrocodone + "500mg" of Acetaminophen, made by Mallinckrodt. For verification, this particular tablet also carries a National Drug Code of 00406-0357. Having said that, I'm a little doubtful about whether this pill is still being made, considering that 325mgs of Acetaminophen is the new maximum dose that's allowed in prescriptions.
