they expired 2 years ago, can they still be taken? ## Hi Christeen, There's actually a lot of conflicting information around the topic of expired medication, but according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. This conclusion was based upon a study conducted at the request of the US military due to stockpiles of expensive drugs they could otherwise need to replace every few years. The conclusion was that 90% of those drugs remained effective 10 - 15 years after the expiration date. Am having knee replacements soon, had RNY so can't take any anti-inflammatories. Have been taking 1/2 of a 5-325 for pain made by Qualitest & have a V on one side & 3604 on other. Tablets are scored so can break easily. No problem with stomach. Latest Rx are same color but say Watson on one side and 3202 on other side and, though they are scored to break in half, are really hard to break..sometimes breaking into several pieces. Also, have had ulcer and stomach really burns, especially when I break the tablet into two parts. Could it be the fillers? ## Yes, there could be a filler that's causing more stomach acid. Hi, can you help me please? These particular tablets are white with dots that appear light pink, where is this color derived from - what elements/source/dyes? ## What are the markings on them? That is what would enable me to look up these specific tablets for you to see what's used in them. What is the difference between watson 3203 and watson 913? ## what is differance betwean watson 913 and watson 3202 ## There doesn't appear to be any different, they both contain 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, they even look very similar. My prescription has always had the label, Watson on one side the other 3202 white oval tablet. This month my refill is different, white oval tablet with #2172 on one side. Can you use Watson 3202 instead of tramadol ? ## Hi Gypsy, Because these are two completely different prescriptions (one containing a narcotic and one not), I'd honestly recommend discussing this with your doctor before moving forward with something new like Watson 3202. From what I've researched, the 5mg Hydrocodone + 325mg Acetaminophen Watson is regarded as being much stronger than Tramadol. The Watson tablet with the 3202 on it isn't an Oxycontin tablet, it is listed as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. bottle says oval white/multicolor tablet 3202 watson but tabs are orange and say 3203 watson - is this the same thing? is orange 3203 the same as white/multicolor 3202 watson? the bottle says one thing but the tablet says something else. ## They contain the same active ingredients: Acetaminophen and hydrocodone.
