M 357 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesics Lortab and Vicodin. M 358 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesic Lortab. ## they are fine but sumtimes i have to take like 4 for them to do any good but it is hard to get them perscribed from a doc any higher than 5 mg's or 7.5 mg's ## Is there a pain medication without Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it? I drink alcohol, and advised NOT to take Tylenol. ## Yes roxicodone which is oxycodone ( ingredient in Percocet) without acetemetaphine

This is a narcotic pain reliever, very strong and addictive. ## I wouldn't say they are "very strong", they are strong if you're not used to narcotic pain relievers, much stronger than a darvocet, tylenol 3, or even a plain vicodin 5/500, but weak compared to pain relievers such as percocet, roxycodone, morphine, dilaudid, demerol, oxycontin, fentanyl, and the many other stronger painkillers on the market. I HIGHLY agree that they're very addictive though. I struggled with addiction to vicodin and norco, so I know how addictive they are. ## in trouble need 5 10mg vicodin to feel ok a day

White oval shaped pill with v365 markings. Are these 10mg. Vicodin? I'm not sure as they are old? Any idea what they are? ## M365 is supposed to be the real marking on a white oval 5/325 generic Vicodin tablet. If there is a cursive V instead of an M, then my guess would be that the manufacturer was none other than Vintage Pharmaceutical (now known as Qualitest). But if it's an M, then the manufacturer is Mallinckrodt. Perhaps it would be a good idea to contact either one of these manufacturers directly regarding this inquiry, just to cover all angles. Also, depending on where or how you came about getting this pill, it may even be a counterfeit (if not from a licensed pharmacy)... ## The v 365 is an old version of Vicodin, it was 5 mg hydrocodone 500 mg of tylenol

I have a small oblong tablet with M 357 on one side. Is this Vicodin? If so, what dosage? ## I found a white oblong pill marked with m357. What is it ## It is the generic equivalent.It is 500 of acedimediphen (like tylenol ) and hydrocodone (pain reliever) ## In my house, I found two white tablets wrapped with plastic. On each tablet, there is a letter M followed by 367. What kind of drug is this. Thank you ## M367 contains 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. M357 contains 5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen. There are both generics of Vicodin or Norco, narcotic pain relievers.
