M 357 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesics Lortab and Vicodin. M 358 This is Acetaminophen 500mgs and Hydrocodone 7.5mgs, a generic for the narcotic analgesic Lortab. ## they are fine but sumtimes i have to take like 4 for them to do any good but it is hard to get them perscribed from a doc any higher than 5 mg's or 7.5 mg's ## Is there a pain medication without Tylenol (acetaminophen) in it? I drink alcohol, and advised NOT to take Tylenol. ## Yes roxicodone which is oxycodone ( ingredient in Percocet) without acetemetaphine

What is difference between yellow pill that says watson on one side and 853 on other compared to yellow pill that has a v on one side and 3601 on other? ## There is no difference in the active ingredients, they are just manufactured by different companies They both contain 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, generics for Vicodin, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
