Found this and was curious what it was? Does anyone knw? ?? ## Hello, Curious! How are you? Is the marking possibly M 357? If so, the tablet contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, the active ingredients in Vicodin. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
